San Marino in Brazil to promote the tourist destination

The B2B roadshow organized by the European Travel Commission in Natal, Recife, Brasília and Sao Paulo

The "Europe Invites the Curious" roadshow promoted and financed by the European Travel Commission, a body representing 35 national tourism organizations in Europe, aimed at promoting the tourism of European destinations in the Brazilian market, has just ended. The Republic of San Marino, represented by the Director of the Tourism and Culture Department, Filippo Francini, was the protagonist with the project “The Lovely Places”.

The first part of the roadshow, in which Spain and the Czech Republic also took part, was held in Natal, Recife and Brasilia on 23, 24 and 25 October and had the aim of creating the ideal context for the exchange of knowledge with the Brazilian tourism operators, a rapidly growing market motivated on better understanding and intercepting the reasons that push Brazilian travelers to explore Europe.

A session of the promotional tour, exclusively for the Republic of San Marino and for The Lovely Places project, was held in Sao Paulo on 26 and 27 October with three different moments, the first dedicated to the tourism sector operators, the second for Italian cultural institutions and associations and finally the third with trade press, travel bloggers and influencers of the most well-known social networks.
