Registration for the new training course for Tour Guides and Tour Leaders by 13.00 on Friday 7 March 2025

The San Marino Tourism Board would like to remind you that it is possible to enrol for the training course for Tourist Guides and Tour Leaders, organised in collaboration with tCentro di Formazione Professionale, by 13.00 on Friday, 7 March 2025 through the "Istanze On Line" www.gov.sm application.

The calendar with the courses, days and times can be consulted.  Lessons marked with an asterisk (*) will be held outdoors, in locations specified by the organisers. The remaining lessons, being of a face-to-face nature, can be attended either in person or remotely, provided a stable and adequate Internet connection is available.

The training course is aimed at those who wish to deepen their knowledge of the historical, artistic, legislative, architectural, archaeological and naturalistic heritage of the Republic of San Marino and is designed to provide the knowledge and skills required to take the professional qualification examination for Tourist Guide and Tour Leader.

The course and training contents are structured in specific modules for each professional profile:
Tourist Guide - 60 hours - includes modules on San Marino history and regulations, tourism legislation, archaeology, art history, architecture, environment and communication techniques.
Tour Leader - 30 hours - includes the historical-legislative, historical-artistic and two hours of practical training.

The course is open to all those who meet the requirements of the regulations in force, which can be consulted on the Centro di Formazione Professionale website.

The participation fee is € 500.00 for the tourist guide course and € 250.00 for the tour leader course. Attendance will be free of charge for those enrolled in the Register of Tourism Professions.
