Lars Henrik Johansen

Rather than talking about the contents of the last concert of the XXV Autumn Music Festival, we must talk about the performer, Lars Henrik Johansen, a Norwegian harpsichordist who lives between Ravenna and Oslo.
He is a unique musician, with academic training regarding baroque performance practice in all the main Royal Academies of Northern Europe and beyond, but also a renowned Jazz musician and recognized as such. In his artistic conception he is an "Eclectic" musician, capable of moving between styles, authors and eras with extreme ease and always with good taste in his choices.
The Concert will be a unique experience, in which, starting from Bach's music, Maestro Johansen will pass without distinction from the art of baroque embellishment (improvisation) to the art of Jazz improvisation. A unique event for San Marino and for the Autumn Music Festival.
