From 23 to 25 May Borgo diVino on tour for the first time in San Marino

On the weekend of May 23, 24, 25, Borgo diVino in tour, a traveling food and wine festival, will stop for the first time in San Marino, International Guest Village of the Association “I Borghi più belli d’Italia”, for an entire weekend of tastings with hundreds of labels of the best wines from all over the country, gastronomic specialties, and live music.

San Marino will be the fourth of 22 events of a national tour in the circuit of "The Most Beautiful Villages in Italy". The series of events is promoted by the Association “I Borghi più belli d’Italia” and is organized by Valica S.p.a, a leading company in technological marketing with a specific focus on tourism and food and wine.

Three days dedicated to Taste and Beauty that will allow the public of wine lovers to learn about wines, listen to the stories of the producers and taste typical gastronomic specialties of the territory in one of the most beautiful villages in the Italian peninsula.
Friday 23, Saturday 24 Sunday 25 May, between Via Donna Felicissima and Via Eugippo, you will find a selection of the best local and national wines, for an oenological proposal that will range from local labels to those of about 30 wineries from different Italian regions such as Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto, Piedmont, Campania, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Sicily, Marche, Abruzzo, Sardinia.
To accompany the tastings, a gastronomic area will be set up where the public can delight typical dishes. 

There will also be space for music with the performance of “San Marino Concert Band” (Cava dei Balestrieri, Friday from 21.00), Sound Selection by AB90 (Cava dei Balestrieri, Saturday from 18.00 to 23.00), Yuma and Ziba djs (Via Donna Felicissima, Sunday from 17.00).

How it works
Borgo diVino in tour is an event open to everyone, wine lovers, tourists or simply curious people. It will take place between via Donna Felicissima and Via Eugippo (San Marino City), in a free-entry area, on the following days and times:
- Friday 23 May from 18.00 to 23.00
- Saturday 24 May from 12:00 to 23.00
- Sunday 25 May from 12:00 to 22.00
Along the route of the event, visitors will find a tasting route with ad hoc stations dedicated to the cellars, an educational route on the world of wine and a food area. For wine tastings, visitors can purchase a voucher at a cost of €18 including 8 wine tastings; a kit consisting of a bag and glass will also be provided.
The voucher for tastings can be purchased directly on site, during the days of the event, or online on the website borgodivino.it/san-marino/. The gastronomic specialties, however, can be purchased directly on site.
