"Sfida Impossibile," the second season of the Italia 1 program arrives in San Marino

From Saturday 6 September at 15:10, the second season of "Sfida Impossibile" will be back on Italia 1. The program hosted by Stefano Corti tests the boundaries between sport and entertainment, transforming each episode into a unique challenge, filled with courage, humor, and the desire to surpass oneself. Each episode sees Stefano Corti throw down the gauntlet to a different champion. From Marco Melandri's motorcycling to Andrew Howe's long jump, Ivan Zaytsev's volleyball, Vincenzo Nibali's cycling, Kristian Ghedina's skiing, and Elisa Di Francisca's fencing.

The Republic of San Marino is the protagonist of the six episodes, filmed entirely in San Marino. The format highlights San Marino as an international stage, thanks to the valuable collaboration of the Ministry of Tourism, the Tourism Board, and the San Marino National Olympic Committee, who believed in the program's communicative value from the very beginning.

The oldest Republic in the world thus becomes the stage for major challenges, combining sport, entertainment, and local promotion.
 

The first episode will see Marco Melandri, a motorcycling icon, take on Corti in three spectacular tests:
The Corti Challenge, based solely on personal ability;
The Anything Goes Challenge, a no-holds-barred race where any strategy is allowed;
The Final Challenge, the most feared in the athlete's discipline, with the support of a Super Bonus.

Each episode kicks off with a surprise appearance: Corti joins the champion to throw down the gauntlet. From there, between intensive training and moments of irony, a competition is born that blends skill, cunning, and entertainment.

Two coaches supporting the host will be provided by the Grana Padano Protection Consortium, who will prepare him physically and mentally, emphasizing the fundamental role of nutrition and training in athletic performance.

"Sfida Impossibile" is produced by Gian Luca Baldini of EGE Produzioni for RTI, with executive production by Marianna Capelli (EGE Produzioni), in collaboration with Brand On Solution of Publitalia '80. Jovica Nonkovic is directing, while the creative team includes Cristiana Mastropietro and Francesca Petrocelli, with the collaboration of Alessandro Mannucci.
