Over 6,000 people at Ausa Park for “L’Isola che non c’è” (Neverland)
A day of celebration, solidarity, and hope
An extraordinary success for “L’Isola che non c’è” (Neverland), the event promoted by the Ministry of Tourism with the patronage of the State Congress, which on Sunday, September 7th transformed Ausa Park into an oasis of joy, solidarity, and sharing.
Over 6,000 people took part in a day entirely dedicated to children and families, including games, entertainment, and moments of reflection. The day was made possible thanks to the contributions of 120 private sponsors and the priceless commitment of volunteer associations, who performed extraordinary work in support of the community.
The event was not only a celebration, but also a concrete expression of solidarity: through fundraising for organizations such as InSiamo, Oceano Blu, and Hope4you, and to support little Samuele as he prepares for a critical surgery, the San Marino community once again demonstrated its closeness and generosity toward those experiencing illness and difficulty.
On stage, doctors, volunteers, and associations offered testimonies and insights on the crucial issues of pediatric oncology and child health, reiterating the importance of a collective commitment to addressing these challenges.
The book presentation by Francesco Pio Tarantino was particularly moving, a young volunteer who, as Spider-Man, has been bringing smiles to children hospitalized in pediatric wards for years.
The grand finale featured Edoardo Bennato with his "Sono solo canzonette 2025" tour: a free concert that provided music, energy, and emotion to an audience of all ages, capping off a day that will remain etched in the collective memory.
"L'Isola che non c'è" (Neverland) proved to be a unique event, combining entertainment, culture, solidarity, and concrete support for families, strengthening the Republic of San Marino's bond with the values of community and hope.
