Concerts for Peace
From the oldest Republic in the world a universal message
The Republic of San Marino, faithful to its historic vocation as a land of dialogue and freedom, is the spokesperson for a universal message: peace.
In a complex historical moment, marked by conflicts and global tensions, the Secretariat of State for Tourism of the Republic of San Marino is promoting the "Concerts for Peace". The aim is to spread a strong and shared message through music, a language that unites and transcends cultural barriers.
The program includes two major events:
- September 20, 2025 – Campo Bruno Reffi, 18.00 Concert by the San Marino Concert Band.
- September 21, 2025 – Piazza della Libertà, 17.00 Concert by the Military Band of the Republic of San Marino, featuring San Marino singer Sara Jane Ghiotti, on the occasion of the International Day of Peace.
"Tourism and peace are inextricably linked: traveling means opening up to others, discovering new cultures, and building bridges of dialogue. With the Concerts for Peace, the Republic of San Marino reaffirms its vocation to promote universal values and spread a message of peace that, today more than ever, is necessary. The International Day of Peace is celebrated on September 22nd; we have chosen to extend this occasion, dedicating two days, September 20th and 21st, to it to strengthen its significance. In a world still marked by conflict, San Marino joins the peoples of the Earth to support the value of dialogue and peaceful coexistence. This is the spirit and objective that inspires the event,” declared the Secretary of State for Tourism, Federico Pedini Amati.
With this initiative, San Marino confirms its role as guardian of universal values, offering the world a voice born from history but looking to the future.
