Cipriani ready to invest in the "Nido del Falco"

Cipriani Group International presented a letter of intent to the State Congress of the Republic of San Marino announcing the company's willingness to invest in the restructuring and management of the Nido del Falco.

The Minister of Tourism Federico Pedini Amati and the Italian entrepreneur Giuseppe Cipriani met with the press to officially communicate it.

The letter of intent has given start to the procedure that could lead, within a few months, to the green light for the concession of the Nido del Falco structure to Cipriani Group International, a multinational catering and hospitality company born in Venice from the intuition of the great Giuseppe, father of the famous Arrigo, and grandfather of the current CEO Giuseppe, which today is present in ten countries with over 37 structures including restaurants, lounges, discos and hotels.

If the formally launched process is successful, as the San Marino institutions and the entrepreneur himself wish, Nido del Falco will be the next Cipriani Restaurant.
The Minister of Tourism recalled how the "Cipriani" brand is synonymous with excellence, style, elegance, luxury and quality: "Our land - explained Pedini Amati - has always been known for hospitality, respect for tourists and visitors, for its history and tradition and at the same time for the propensity for innovation but in recent years it has failed to be attractive to companies with an international vocation and has failed to develop the necessary synergies in order to attract globally recognized brands and entrepreneurs capable of raising their reputation. This historical moment - he continued - tells us that we need real investments, made by serious people, by entrepreneurs of high moral caliber and indisputable competence. Like Giuseppe Cipriani. The press conference was preceded by an inspection of the structure during which Giuseppe Cipriani was accompanied by Architect Bonan and his consultants, while at the end of the Conference, presented by the Minister of Tourism Federico Pedini Amati, the entrepreneur was received in private audience by the Captains Regent His Excellency Giancarlo Venturini and His Excellency Marco Nicolini.
