Tour Music Fest in San Marino
Six days with over 50 events dedicated to new emerging music
The Tour Music Fest, the largest European contest of emerging music that will take place in San Marino from 22 to 27 November, was presented to the press today. For its 15 years, the Tour Music Fest will celebrate this Anniversary with a new format for the national finals in San Marino, chosen in the dual role of location of the event and places to visit and discover, thus combining the musical experience with the tourist one in a very suggestive period like pre-Christmas.
As the founder and creator of the festival Gianluca Musso illustrated, the aim of the contest is to make the artists undertake a journey so that they can improve themselves in a 6-day full immersion that will color San Marino with music. Several locations involved including the Teatro Titano, the Little Tony Multipurpose Hall and the Teatro Nuovo where the show "Mogol tells Mogol" will take place on 26 November and the Grand Final on 27 November.
The Final, which will see all the finalists of the various categories on stage, will start at 18.00 and will be a show dedicated to families during which a musical game will also be offered; it will be possible to purchase a special "Family Package" for 2 parents and 2 kids at a cost of only € 25.00.
Among the numerous events of the Tour Music Fest, 15 free Masterclasses are scheduled with fundamental characters of Italian music who will help create the training path of the students; these are some of the coaches: Maestro Mogol, Boosta dei Subsonica, Ensi, Franco Fussi, Massimo Satta and the Berklee College of Music.
700 participants are expected to arrive in the Republic who will be accompanied by family and friends to take part in over 50 events, the last of which will be the Grand Final on Sunday 27 November. The show will see all the finalists of the various categories on stage and a musical game will also be offered inside. On the jury also Kara DioGuardi, former judge of American Idol and the third most important character in the American discography and the Maestro Mogol as President. Part of the proceeds from the evening will be donated to the San Marino Red Cross.
With 6000 proposals listened to, 2 months of tour in 15 Italian cities for live selections, the Tour Music Fest is confirmed to be a training, professional and recording event for young emerging artists.
