The Public Notice (no. 1/UT/2025) for the selection of an economic operator for the entrusting of the organisation of the event is now online ‘Medieval Days of the Republic of San Marino’ - 2025 edition

The San Marino Tourism Board hereby announces that a Public Notice has been published today on the portal www.gov.sm with the object of selecting an economic operator for the entrusting of the organisation of the event ‘Medieval Days of the Republic of San Marino’ 2025 edition, to be held in the Historical Centre of the Republic of San Marino from 25 to 27 July 2025, in the formula of public-private synergy.

The Notice can be consulted in the section ‘Bandi, Appalti e Avvisi Pubblici - Notices, Tenders and Public Announcements’ under ‘Altri Bandi e Avvisi Pubblici - Other Notices and Public Announcements’.

San Marino economic operators may participate in the selection process: the Public Notice indicates the participation requirements, as well as the characteristics of the event, which Applicants will be required to meet.

The deadline for submitting the Request to Participate and the relevant documentation is set for 12:00 noon on Wednesday 26 March 2025, according to the procedures contained in the Notice.
