The Republic of San Marino is ready to host the 35th edition of the Gran Premio di Auto Classica in honor of Tazio Nuvolari

Engines are warming up for the 35th edition of the Gran Premio Nuvolari, the international regularity event for classic cars dedicated to the great driver Tazio Nuvolari, which will arrive in San Marino on Saturday 20 September.
The race will kick off from Piazza Sordello in Mantua on Friday 19 September, the birthplace of the "Nivola." From there, the 282 crews from around the world will begin a 1,081 km route through the most evocative landscapes of Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, and Umbria, commemorating the legendary exploits of the most famous driver of all time, the great Tazio Nuvolari.
The Republic of San Marino will host the event during the second stage of the route, on Saturday, September 20th, with the last set of timed trials of the day and the time control in the iconic Piazza della Libertà, in the heart of San Marino's Old Town.
The entry into San Marino will take place at the Gualdicciolo border crossing starting at 17:30 and will continue towards Borgo Maggiore, arriving in Piazza della Libertà through the Montalbo Tunnel of the historic blue and white train. The last car is scheduled to arrive at approximately 20:30, and the exit from San Marino will take place at the Torraccia border crossing. The stage will conclude in Rimini, first crossing the Piazza Tre Martiri catwalk and finally arriving at Parco Fellini.
Numerous classic cars from various countries representing every continent will be present, along with 35 competing car manufacturers, from the Italian Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Lancia, Ferrari, and Fiat, to the British Jaguar, Aston Martin, Bentley, and Triumph, from the German Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche, to the French classics designed by Ettore Bugatti. In the 2025 edition, 90 cars manufactured between 1923 and 1946 will participate in the race.
