Explanatory Circular Decree Law 22 December 2020 no. 221 "Additional provisions for the strengtheing of measures to contrast the spread of Covid 19"

In relation to art.3 of Decree Law 22 December 2020 no. 221, and the explanatory circular of the Congress of State 30513/2020 of December 23, 2020, it is clarified that, in all accommodation facilities, food and beverages can be served in the rooms used as a restaurant until 22.00, exclusively to overnight customers. After 22.00 food and beverages can only be served in rooms, without time restrictions.
